1 License agreement

When you purchase a product from Obsidian Developments, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product on servers you own or operate. One license is issued per purchase and binds to the first server that activates it.

• You may configure, re-theme, and run the delivered files on your own FiveM server(s) as described on each product page.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, leak, or publish the files or any part of them, in original or modified form.
• You may not attempt to de-obfuscate, decrypt, or circumvent the license protection. Doing so terminates your license immediately.
• Every copy is watermarked and traceable to the purchasing account. Leaked copies will be revoked and may result in a permanent ban from the store.

2 Payments, subscriptions & refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in USD unless noted.

• Digital goods. Products are delivered instantly and unlock on purchase. Because of the nature of digital, license-protected software, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or the license has been activated.
• Problems? If a product is broken, not as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — a fix, a replacement, or a refund at our discretion.
• Subscriptions. Obsidian Access and the Warden Anti-Cheat are recurring subscriptions billed monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for; access stops validating after that.
• Warden Anti-Cheat is a separate subscription and is not included with Obsidian Access.

3 Acceptable use

You agree to use our products lawfully and in line with the FiveM / Cfx.re platform rules. You are responsible for your own server, its configuration, and its players. We provide the software "as is" and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages arising from its use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4 Intellectual property

All products, source code, artwork, and branding remain the property of Obsidian Developments. Your license grants use, not ownership. The protected source is never transferred to you.

5 Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, share or leak files, or abuse the license system. Keep your email current so you can receive keys and updates.

6 Non-affiliation

Obsidian Developments is an independent creator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. "FiveM", "GTA", and all related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
